Topline Message: Today’s Supreme Court’s ruling protects the insurrectionists who carried out the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol. Speaker Mike Johnson has been intent on protecting those who carried out the attack on our democracy that he helped incite. It’s not just Speaker Johnson and the Supreme Court, a concerning number of MAGA Republicans in Congress have spent the last three years defending the January 6th insurrectionist.
